These Terms govern your use of the Yim mobile application and the website at yimapp.pro (together, "Yim"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Yim

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yim. You must provide accurate information about yourself during sign-up and keep it current. You may only have one personal account.

2. Yim Pro membership

Yim Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the social and AI features of the app. Plans are billed quarterly ($29.99 every 3 months) or weekly ($9.99 per week), with a 3-day free trial on first sign-up. Yim Pro renews automatically until you cancel through your App Store subscription settings or your Yim account page. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yim grants the same Yim Pro feature set free of charge to users who identify as female or non-binary during onboarding. This complimentary access is a promotional grant and may be adjusted in the future.

Peak renders are sold as single-use consumables at $7.99 each. Each Yim Pro member receives one free Peak render in their first week.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Upload images of anyone other than yourself, or images of minors.
• Use Yim for any commercial solicitation without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break the app or its API.
• Submit content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, or otherwise violates Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, workouts, and messages you create. By posting content to Yim, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service.

5. AI features

Yim's AI physique scans and Peak renders are generated by third-party AI providers. The outputs are statistical estimates only and do not constitute medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy. See the Privacy Policy for the list of AI subprocessors.

6. Health disclaimer

Yim is not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise, diet, or supplementation program.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Yim is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Yim will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except for small-claims actions and claims for injunctive relief.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
